AI Transformation Consultant – Internal Systems & Automation
About Gigakom
For over 20 years, GigaKOM has delivered enterprise-grade IT solutions to California’s K–12 school districts, higher education institutions, and state and local government agencies.
We specialize in secure, scalable networking, infrastructure, and communications solutions that support digital learning environments and mission-critical operations.
As part of our continued modernization efforts, we are seeking an experienced AI consultant to help re-architect and optimize our internal systems using practical, high-impact AI solutions.
Engagement Overview
GigaKOM is seeking a highly experienced AI practitioner to assess, redesign, and modernize internal workflows and systems through applied artificial intelligence.
This consultant will evaluate current business processes, identify automation and AI opportunities, and implement scalable solutions that increase operational efficiency, reduce manual workload, and improve decision-making capabilities.
This role is strategic and hands-on, focused on execution and measurable outcomes.

Assess & Identify Opportunities
- Conduct a comprehensive review of internal systems and workflows
- Identify high-ROI AI and automation use cases
- Evaluate data readiness and infrastructure maturity
- Deliver an AI adoption and modernization roadmap
