The engagement is project-based and involves conducting AI maturity assessments, delivering workshops, and supporting AI champions programs.

Responsibilities
- Conduct AI maturity and readiness assessments
- Facilitate stakeholder interviews and surveys

- Support AI Champions development programs
- Provide AI adoption clinics and coaching sessions
- Contribute to impact measurement and adoption reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering AI transformation programs within government, semi government, or large enterprise environments
- Strong facilitation, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Relevant certifications in AI, Change Management, Innovation, Project Management, or Data Analytics
- Experience in the UAE or GCC region is highly desirable
- Arabic and English proficiency is preferred
