Role Description
- The AI Trainer role is a remote, contract position focused on developing, refining, and evaluating training materials and data sets used to improve AI models.
- Day to day responsibilities include reviewing and annotating text or other content, providing clear, consistent feedback on AI outputs, and following detailed guidelines to ensure data quality and accuracy.
- The AI Trainer will collaborate with internal teams to clarify requirements, suggest improvements to instructions, and help optimize AI performance across various domains.
- The role may also involve researching topics, testing new workflows or tools, and documenting observations to support continuous model enhancement.
Qualifications
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to produce clear, consistent, and contextually appropriate content.
- Analytical and research skills, including the ability to understand complex instructions, evaluate information critically, and provide detailed feedback.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms, familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts, and ability to learn new systems quickly.
