- The role is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Compensation
- The stated salary is AED 45,000 per month plus benefits.
Qualifications and Experience
- 14+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 5 years across artificial intelligence, machine learning, and/or data science.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, software engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong recent hands-on experience with Agentic AI, ideally using LangChain and/or LangGraph.
- Proven experience designing, architecting, and delivering enterprise AI/ML solutions into production environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of machine learning, data science, generative AI, large language models, and modern AI architectures.
- Advanced Python development skills with the ability to remain technically hands-on at a senior architecture and leadership level.
- Proven experience in AI solution architecture, systems integration, and enterprise application environments.
- Demonstrated experience technically leading, mentoring, and guiding teams of AI developers and data scientists.
- Strong understanding of the complete AI/ML development, deployment, monitoring, and optimization lifecycle.
- Experience implementing or supporting MLOps and LLMOps practices within production environments.
- Strong understanding of AI governance, security, responsible AI, data privacy, and risk management principles.
- Experience with Azure AI, high-volume or real-time AI solutions, computer vision, and complex enterprise environments is presented as desirable, advantageous, beneficial, or highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and deliver enterprise AI and machine learning solutions into production environments.
- Develop AI solutions hands-on using advanced Python and modern AI architectures.
- Technically lead, mentor, and guide teams of AI developers and data scientists.
- Support the full AI/ML development, deployment, monitoring, and optimization lifecycle.
- Implement or support MLOps and LLMOps practices in production environments.
- Apply AI governance, security, responsible AI, data privacy, and risk management principles.
