The Opportunity

What You Will Own

• Set the technical bar and architecture direction for chatbot systems.
• Build automations for record disputes, callout reduction, and document validation.
• Evaluate voicebots, computer-use agents, and other emerging AI technologies.
• Build and ship selected AI technologies and workflow automation to production.
• Partner with OpenAI on next-generation voice models and workflow automation.
• Expand voicebots into stateful phone interactions and enable direct external system navigation.

Who You Are

• 5 or more years of software engineering experience, ideally with end-to-end ownership at an early-stage startup.
• A builder who can define specifications without relying on others to write them.
• Hands-on AI depth and the ability to assess competing architectures and approaches.
• Experience putting LLM-based systems into production.
• Experience managing evaluations, regressions, latency, cost, and failure handling in production AI systems.
