Role Overview

  • We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an AI Evaluation Specialist to work on a contract basis.
  • The role involves evaluating AI models and datasets to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance across different use cases.
  • This includes analyzing model outputs, identifying biases, and validating results against defined benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured evaluations of AI models and datasets to measure performance against predefined metrics.
  • Identify and document biases, errors, or inconsistencies in AI outputs and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to refine evaluation criteria and align them with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain standardized evaluation frameworks for consistent assessment of AI systems.
  • Generate detailed reports summarizing evaluation findings, trends, and actionable recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with AI model evaluation, testing, and validation in a technical or research capacity.
  • Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive meaningful insights.
  • Familiarity with bias detection, fairness metrics, and ethical considerations in AI systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document findings and present recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
