BrainFinance is seeking an AI & Digital Transformation Specialist to accelerate AI adoption across the organization. You will identify high-impact opportunities, build prototypes, develop dashboards, and integrate AI platforms with internal systems.

Responsibilities
- Identify high impact AI and automation opportunities across the organization
- Translate business needs into practical, scalable, and measurable technology solutions
- Structure, analyze, and leverage data to support business decision making
- Develop dashboards and performance metrics (Power BI is considered an asset)
- Design and implement automated workflows and orchestration solutions using Power Automate and no code/low code platforms
- Build robust operational processes that transform AI initiatives from experimentation into production
- Integrate modern AI platforms (ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot) with internal systems through APIs
- Continuously evaluate and experiment with the latest AI technologies and tools
- Deploy AI assistants, conversational agents, and intelligent workflow solutions across the organization
- Support teams in adopting new technologies and promote a culture of innovation
- Provide ongoing support while continuously improving business processes and AI solutions
- Document implemented solutions, measure their business impact, and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in technology, data, automation, or digital transformation
- Experience leading cross functional projects and supporting organizational change initiatives
- Strong knowledge of data analytics, visualization, and automation tools
- Hands on experience with modern AI and orchestration platforms such as ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Power Automate
- Basic knowledge of APIs and system integrations

What You Bring
