AI Sourcing Lead - India

Collaborate with the Global Sourcing Manager to ensure alignment with overall global talent acquisition goals.

Work closely with Project Recruitment Managers and other stakeholders to understand specific talent needs within India.

Provide regular updates to the Global Sourcing Manager on sourcing progress and challenges within the Indian region.

Provide constructive feedback on the external sourcing process, identifying areas for improvement in tools and processes.

4+ years of proven experience in recruitment or sourcing, with knowledge on the India region.

2+ years of experience managing a team of recruiters or sourcers.

Demonstrated expertise in sourcing for specialized roles within a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of the talent landscape and labor markets across North, Central, and South America.

Advanced proficiency in utilizing online networks, social media platforms, and professional communities for sourcing within India.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge in other Indian languages in desired.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
