- Identify and prospect new B2B clients
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and referrals
- Qualify prospects and understand their business challenges
- Conduct online product demonstrations and discovery meetings
- Present AI solutions clearly to business decision makers
- Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate agreements
- Manage opportunities throughout the complete sales cycle
- Build long term relationships with customers
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementations
- Maintain accurate sales activity using a CRM
Requirements
- Experience in B2B software, SaaS, or technology sales
- Proven experience managing the complete sales cycle
- Strong business development and prospecting skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into technology solutions
- Comfortable discussing AI, automation, and software with business leaders
- Self driven, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Previous experience selling AI software, HR technology, SaaS, or enterprise software is highly desirable

- This is a full time remote position for an AI Solutions Sales Executive.
