Role Description
This is a commission-based internship for an AI Solutions Sales Agent, hybrid (UAE-based with remote flexibility).
You will identify and qualify business clients, run outreach via calls, email, and digital channels, and present our automation and AI offerings with a clear, value-focused pitch.
You'll learn client operations and pain points, coordinate product demos, support tailored proposals, maintain an accurate sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and work with our technical and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
Training and coaching on sales best practices and product knowledge are provided.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer-service skills to engage prospects and build professional relationships
- Sales ability (developing or proven): lead generation, objection handling, closing — ideally in tech or services
- Willingness to learn regulated sectors like insurance where automation and compliance matter (exposure is a plus)
- Growth mindset; open to training, feedback, and coaching
- Comfortable with hybrid work and basic CRM / online communication tools
- Interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation; business or tech background is a plus
- Strong organization and time management to handle multiple leads in a commission-based setting
