The Role

  • Customer facing operations role focused on deploying AI into real business workflows.
  • Work closely with customers to understand operations, configure AI solutions, and refine implementations.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with customers to understand operational workflows and translate them into reliable AI powered processes.
  • Configure, test, and refine AI agents to improve performance and increase autonomous execution in production.
  • Lead customer deployments from initial implementation through production rollout, ensuring successful adoption.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to resolve workflow challenges and improve deployment outcomes.
  • Capture learnings from customer implementations to help improve the product and streamline future deployments.

What You Bring

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand complex business processes and identify operational gaps.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with both customer stakeholders and technical teams.
  • A proactive, hands on approach to solving ambiguous problems and driving work forward independently.
  • Strong technical aptitude with an interest in AI tools and a willingness to learn modern AI workflows.
  • Experience building with AI, working in a high growth technology environment, or an analytical background in areas such as STEM, computer science, economics, accounting, or finance is considered an asset.
