Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to understand operational workflows and translate them into reliable AI powered processes.
- Configure, test, and refine AI agents to improve performance and increase autonomous execution in production.
- Lead customer deployments from initial implementation through production rollout, ensuring successful adoption.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to resolve workflow challenges and improve deployment outcomes.
- Capture learnings from customer implementations to help improve the product and streamline future deployments.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills to understand complex business processes and identify operational gaps.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with customer stakeholders and technical teams.
- Proactive, hands on approach to solving ambiguous problems and driving work forward independently.
- Strong technical aptitude with an interest in AI tools and willingness to learn modern AI workflows.
- Experience building with AI, working in a high growth technology environment, or an analytical background in STEM, computer science, economics, accounting, or finance is considered an asset.
