Role Overview
The employer is hiring an AI Solutions Engineer for a full-time position supporting Private Capital teams.
The role builds practical AI-enabled tools and workflows for client experience, servicing, operations, documentation, reporting, approvals, and compliance.
The position is hands-on and focused on generative AI, large language models, and agent-based workflows.
What You Will Do
- Understand business processes, pain points, data sources, and user needs with business teams.
- Translate business requirements into practical solution designs and success measures.
- Deliver secure, useful, and well-governed AI solutions with cross-functional partners.
- Build AI tools, assistants, agents, and workflow automation.
- Connect AI solutions to systems, documents, knowledge sources, and APIs.
- Use prompt design, RAG, structured outputs, tool calling, evaluation, and guardrails.
- Test and improve outputs with feedback, structured checks, and acceptance criteria.
- Document designs, assumptions, risks, controls, and operating procedures.
- Transition successful prototypes into scalable, maintainable solutions.
