Role purpose
The AI Solutions Engineer is a senior, hands-on member of the pre-sales team.
The role combines technical discovery, architecture, prototyping, estimation, and client presentation.
The position is open to candidates based in the UAE and India.
Core responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and translate business priorities into AI use cases and solution requirements.
- Design secure, scalable enterprise architectures across generative AI, agentic AI, conversational AI, search, and document intelligence.
- Build production-relevant demonstrations, accelerators, and proof-of-concepts.
- Own technical content for RFPs, RFIs, proposals, estimates, and delivery risk assessments.
- Define RAG, grounding, tool use, memory, orchestration, evaluation, observability, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
- Assess model and platform trade-offs across quality, performance, security, residency, responsible AI, and cost.
- Present solutions to technical, executive, architecture, cybersecurity, and procurement stakeholders.
- Shape opportunities with account, industry, and delivery teams without overcommitting scope.
- Support due diligence, implementation planning, and handover after award.
- Maintain knowledge of Microsoft AI services, licensing, architectures, and agentic patterns.
