Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI powered workflows, copilots, automations, and agentic systems
- Rapidly prototype and ship internal and customer facing AI solutions
- Work directly with stakeholders to understand operational bottlenecks and automate workflows
- Use modern AI tooling to accelerate development velocity and feature delivery
- Configure and orchestrate LLM driven systems using APIs, agents, MCPs, databases, and automation frameworks
- Reduce operational load by replacing repetitive manual processes with AI native systems
- Collaborate cross functionally with product, operations, customer success, and engineering teams
- Operate with high autonomy and ownership in fast moving environments
Requirements
- 2 3 years of experience in software development, automation, technical operations, or AI enabled product work
- Basic to intermediate coding ability in Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar
- Familiarity with AI development tools and modern LLM ecosystems
- Experience with APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure
- Hands on exposure to tools/platforms such as Claude, Codex, MCP, AWS, and AI copilots
- Strong builder mentality and ability to move quickly with ambiguity
- Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills
- High ownership, curiosity, and enthusiasm for AI

About The Role
- We're hiring a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, a new class of builder.
- This is not a traditional software engineering role; we need AI native operators who can rapidly ship production grade workflows, automate business operations, deploy customer facing AI solutions, and accelerate product delivery using modern AI tooling.
- You'll work across engineering, operations, product, and customer workflows to identify bottlenecks and deploy practical AI systems that create measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Do
