About the Role
Mannai ICT seeks a business-focused AI Solutions Architect to drive enterprise AI and digital transformation in Qatar. The role involves identifying AI opportunities, designing solutions, and leading adoption from pilot to production, with expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.

- Partner with business teams to identify challenges, process gaps, and AI driven improvement opportunities
- Conduct workshops and assessments to define AI use cases, automation initiatives, and productivity improvements
- Translate business needs into solution designs, implementation roadmaps, and value based AI initiatives
- Design secure, scalable, and enterprise ready AI architectures aligned with business and technology goals
- Develop AI agents, intelligent workflows, and automation solutions integrated with enterprise systems
- Lead AI initiatives from concept and pilot through deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement
- Evaluate AI platforms, tools, and emerging technologies to recommend the most suitable solutions
- Ensure data readiness, governance, security, compliance, and Responsible AI standards are applied
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to support integration, deployment, and change adoption
- Establish reusable AI standards, frameworks, and best practices across the organization
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology, digital transformation, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or consulting
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience delivering AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives in enterprise environments
- Strong ability to convert business requirements into practical technology solutions
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, business units, and technical teams
- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, governance, cloud platforms, and data driven solutions
- Strong consulting, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead change, influence adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes

Skills & Qualifications
