Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The AI Solutions Architect will lead the design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions across Generative AI platforms, Agentic AI workflows, RAG systems, and intelligent operational copilots.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Designing scalable, production-grade AI architectures for enterprise environments
- Leading technical discovery sessions and solution consulting with enterprise clients
- Architecting AI systems on AWS and/or GCP
- Designing RAG pipelines, orchestration workflows, and enterprise AI integrations
- Integrating AI platforms with enterprise systems such as HRMS, CRM, ITSM, IAM, and internal business applications
- Defining AI governance, security, observability, resiliency, and operational patterns
- Collaborating with engineering teams to deliver scalable and reliable AI solutions
- Supporting enterprise AI transformation initiatives across operational workflows
- Delivering technical presentations, architecture walkthroughs, and client solution discussions
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Solution Architecture and enterprise system design
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG systems, and orchestration frameworks
- Experience designing cloud-native architectures on AWS and/or GCP
- Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar orchestration frameworks
- Experience with observability, AI governance, and production AI operations
- Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience working with enterprise operational platforms and workflow automation
- Ability to engage with enterprise stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Experience in consulting, pre-sales, or enterprise solution advisory roles
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Arabic and English language proficiency is required
- Nice to have certifications
• AWS Certified Generative AI Developer Professional
- NVIDIA Certified Professional – Generative AI LLMs or Agentic AI
• Databricks Certified Generative AI Engineer
