Role Purpose

Senior technical authority for the FDE motion; sets architecture and standards, anchors the hardest pursuits, and partners with MSAB on deep-tech.

$ Target — Revenue & Value Mandate

Technical anchor on flagship pursuits within the >$80M FDE pool (illustrative); standards that lift swarm velocity and margin.

Core Responsibilities

• Set FDE technical architecture and engineering standards

• Anchor the hardest and largest technical pursuits

• Partner with MSAB to bring deep-tech into delivery

• Raise the technical bar and mentor the FDE pool

• Safeguard production quality on flagship work

Required Capabilities

• Principal / distinguished applied-AI engineering

• Agentic / LLM production architecture

• CTO-level client credibility

• Standards-setting at scale
