AI Solution Architect (Claude & Agentic AI)

Role Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Identify AI opportunities and lead discovery sessions, workshops, demos, pitches, and proofs of concept.
• Translate business challenges into AI use cases, architectures, and implementation roadmaps.
• Design enterprise solutions using Claude, agents, MCP, RAG, tool use, and enterprise integrations.
• Build prototypes and production solutions with Python, APIs, SDKs, and cloud-native technologies.
• Embed evaluation, security, governance, observability, and human-approval controls.
• Support proposals, technical estimations, commercial discussions, and enterprise-scale transformation programmes.

Client and Partner Work

• Help clients adopt Claude Code and AI-assisted development across their engineering lifecycle.
• Partner with Anthropic on joint accounts, propositions, and reusable solutions.
• Lead flagship engagements and create reusable Claude, MCP, and Claude Code propositions.

Required Background

• Experience as a GenAI Architect, AI Solution Architect, Lead AI Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or AI Solutions Engineer.
• Hands-on experience building enterprise applications with frontier large language models.
• Strong understanding of agentic AI, MCP, RAG, tool use, context engineering, evaluation, and LLMOps.
• Solid Python, API integration, and cloud engineering skills.
• Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, solution engineering, or client-led business development.

Client and Commercial Capabilities

• Confidence engaging CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and senior business leaders.
• Ability to take opportunities from initial idea through architecture, prototype, and production.
• An entrepreneurial and commercially minded approach to building a new offering.
• Claude or Anthropic experience is a strong plus, while other frontier-model experience is acceptable.
