About the Role
Janus Digital is seeking an AI Software Engineer to design, build, and optimize AI-driven software components for autonomous operations of real assets. You will develop and deploy machine learning and agent-based systems, integrate with real-time data pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Design, build, and optimize AI driven software components that power autonomous operations for real assets
- Develop, test, and deploy machine learning and agent based systems
- Integrate AI components with large scale real time data pipelines
- Ensure AI systems perform reliably in production environments
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and platform engineers to translate asset management requirements into robust AI features and services
- Participate in code reviews, improve system performance and scalability, and contribute to architectural decisions
Requirements
- Strong software engineering skills in languages commonly used for AI and backend development (e.g., Python, Java, or C++), with experience in building and maintaining production grade systems
- Hands on experience with machine learning or agentic AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, reinforcement learning libraries), including model development, training, and deployment
- Knowledge of data engineering practices, such as working with APIs, streaming data, databases, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) to support AI workloads at scale
- Skills in software design, testing, and performance optimization, including familiarity with microservices, distributed systems, and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to collaborate in cross functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and translate asset operations needs into AI solutions
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience

Role Description
- As an AI Software Engineer at Janus Digital Global, you will design, build, and optimize AI driven software components that power autonomous operations for real assets.
- You will develop, test, and deploy machine learning and agent based systems, integrate them with large scale real time data pipelines, and ensure they perform reliably in production environments.
- Day to day, you will collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and platform engineers to translate asset management requirements into robust AI features and services.
- You will participate in code reviews, improve system performance and scalability, and contribute to architectural decisions that shape the core platform.
- This is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, working closely with cross functional teams to deliver high impact solutions.
Qualifications
