AI Software Engineer

We're looking for an experienced AI Software Engineer with 6-8 years of experience to join our AI applications team.

This is a fully remote position for candidates in the continental U.S., with work hours aligned to the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.

You will be instrumental in the entire software development lifecycle, from initial design to final delivery, creating AI-powered software products that aid military commanders and business leaders in making mission-critical decisions.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional algorithmic and problem-solving skills, and a strong background in software engineering, enabling them to make an immediate impact on our projects.

• Collaborative Design & Implementation : You will collaboratively design, implement, and test AI enabled software systems. This role involves leveraging cutting-edge technologies, including GenAI and machine learning models.
• Modular Systems Development : Develop modular systems within a distributed architecture, such as with RESTful containerized microservices.
• Performance Optimization : Review and analyze software runtime performance, making algorithmic and performance improvements.
• Agile Development : Use agile development techniques throughout the project lifecycle.

• Experience : 6-8 years of experience in software development, including design, coding, testing, and delivery.
• Core Skills : You should have mastery in object-oriented design and programming, as well as knowledge of design patterns and algorithmic analysis.
• Programming Languages : Proficiency in Python is a must, experience with other languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or C++ is useful but not critical.
