Responsibilities
- Design and develop intelligent chatbots for internal and external use
- Build AI agents capable of executing tasks, analyzing data, and automating procedures
- Work with multiple AI platforms and tools such as ChatGPT, OpenAI API, Microsoft Copilot, Google AI, Claude, and others
- Develop applications and workflows using AI tools and Low code/No code platforms
- Integrate AI solutions with existing systems such as ERP, CRM, websites, and internal applications
- Analyze business needs and transform them into practical technical solutions using AI
- Test and improve chatbots, AI agents, prompts, and automated workflows
- Stay updated with latest AI technologies and suggest appropriate tools and solutions for the company
Requirements
- Previous experience in developing applications or solutions using AI tools
- Good knowledge in building chatbots, AI agents, prompt engineering, and process automation
- Ability to work with multiple AI platforms and compare their capabilities
- Basic knowledge of APIs, integrations, databases, and web applications
- Experience with tools like OpenAI API, LangChain, Microsoft Copilot Studio, n8n, Make, Zapier or similar is a plus
- Ability to understand business needs and convert them into applicable smart solutions
- Good problem solving, documentation, and communication skills

المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتطوير شات بوت ذكي للاستخدام الداخلي والخارجي.
- بناء AI Agents قادرة على تنفيذ المهام، تحليل البيانات، وأتمتة الإجراءات.
- العمل على أكثر من منصة وأداة ذكاء اصطناعي مثل ChatGPT، OpenAI API، Microsoft Copilot، Google AI، Claude، وغيرها.
- تطوير تطبيقات وعمليات عمل باستخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي ومنصات Low code / No code.
- ربط حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي مع الأنظمة الحالية مثل ERP، CRM، المواقع الإلكترونية، والتطبيقات الداخلية.
- تحليل احتياجات العمل وتحويلها إلى حلول تقنية عملية باستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي.
- اختبار وتحسين الشات بوت، الـ AI Agents، الـ Prompts، وسير العمل الآلي.
- متابعة أحدث تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي واقتراح الأدوات والحلول المناسبة للشركة.
المتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة في تطوير تطبيقات أو حلول باستخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي.
- معرفة جيدة في بناء الشات بوت، AI Agents، هندسة الأوامر Prompt Engineering، وأتمتة العمليات.
- القدرة على العمل مع عدة منصات ذكاء اصطناعي ومقارنة إمكانياتها.
- معرفة أساسية في APIs، التكاملات، قواعد البيانات، وتطبيقات الويب.
- خبرة في أدوات مثل OpenAI API، LangChain، Microsoft Copilot Studio، n8n، Make، Zapier أو ما يشابهها تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- القدرة على فهم احتياجات العمل وتحويلها إلى حلول ذكية قابلة للتطبيق.
