Role Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated AI Researcher to conduct advanced research and develop innovative artificial intelligence solutions that address complex technical challenges.
- The successful candidate will contribute to the exploration, design, implementation, and evaluation of cutting edge machine learning and AI technologies while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to transform research into practical applications.
- The AI Researcher will be responsible for investigating emerging AI methodologies, developing novel algorithms, building and evaluating machine learning models, and conducting experiments to improve model accuracy, efficiency, robustness, and scalability.
- This role involves translating theoretical concepts into practical solutions that support product innovation, intelligent automation, and data driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing research methodologies, analyzing complex datasets, developing prototypes, evaluating model performance, and documenting research findings.
- Staying informed about the latest advancements in artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, reinforcement learning, and related technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborating closely with data scientists, software engineers, product teams, and technical stakeholders to integrate research outcomes into scalable AI systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, statistical modeling, optimization techniques, and artificial intelligence principles.
- Solid knowledge of mathematics, including linear algebra, probability, statistics, and calculus as applied to AI research.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for AI development, such as Python, and familiarity with scientific computing tools.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks, deep learning libraries, and model development workflows.
- Knowledge of natural language processing, computer vision, reinforcement learning, generative AI, or other advanced AI domains.
- Ability to design experiments, evaluate model performance, analyze research results, and communicate technical findings effectively.
- Familiarity with large scale data processing, model optimization, and scalable AI system development.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills with the ability to address complex research challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting technical concepts, research findings, and collaborative ideas.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams while managing multiple research initiatives and priorities.
