AI Quality Evaluator - Italian

What you'd be doing in this role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve. At the moment, this role is focused on:

Labelling, annotating, and evaluating photos, graphics, videos, stickers, and designs in Italian — assessing linguistic quality, accuracy, and cultural appropriateness

Evaluating AI-generated content against Canva's quality bar for Italian users, helping shape how AI experiences land in your language

Building and contributing to Italian-specific datasets to support the internationalisation of Canva AI features

Delivering labelled assets on time, meeting output targets across a variety of task types and labelling guidelines

Reviewing and refining your own labels based on feedback to maintain accuracy and consistency

Collaborating with in-house Data Labelling teams across the Philippines and EU for ongoing quality alignment

You're probably a match if

You're a native Italian speaker with strong written and spoken English — you can move fluidly between both languages with confidence

You sweat the details — inconsistencies catch your eye and you hold yourself to a high quality bar even on repetitive tasks

You're self-directed and can manage your own time across multiple concurrent projects without needing to be chased
