Responsibilities
- Lead large scale data and AI programs, serving as the subject matter expert for teams implementing solutions across the entire Databricks platform
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on their holistic data and AI strategy
- Lead, coach, and develop teams of data engineers, data scientists, and architects
- Support business development and contribute to the growth of the practice
- Design complex, data driven solutions and architectures that integrate data engineering, BI, and AI/ML capabilities
- Provide expert guidance on project delivery, define success criteria, and ensure adoption of industry best practices for data governance (Unity Catalog), security, and MLOps
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without the need for employer sponsorship
- 2+ years of experience with AI agents
- 3+ years of experience delivering AI awareness and AI solution initiatives
- 3+ years of experience designing AI governance operating models
- 3+ years of experience applying AI governance frameworks, controls, or processes
- Ability to travel up to 10%

Work you'll do
- As a Program Lead AI in our AI & Data practice, you will leverage your extensive real world experience to lead the delivery of transformative data and AI programs for our clients, capitalizing on the comprehensive capabilities of the Databricks Platform.
- In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing teams, building client relationships, and driving the strategic direction of our services across data engineering, business intelligence, and AI/ML.
- You'll collaborate with C level executives to innovate and deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Lead large scale data and AI programs, serving as the subject matter expert for teams implementing solutions across the entire Databricks platform.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on their holistic data and AI strategy, providing insights from practical, large scale project experience.
- Team and Practice Development: Lead, coach, and develop teams of data engineers, data scientists, and architects. Support business development and contribute to the growth of the practice.
- Strategic Solution Design: Design complex, data driven solutions and architectures that integrate data engineering, BI, and AI/ML capabilities to meet our clients' strategic technology goals.
- Technical Oversight: Provide expert guidance on project delivery, define success criteria, and ensure the adoption of industry best practices for data governance (Unity Catalog), security, and MLOps.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- 2+ years of experience with AI agents
- 3+ years of experience delivering AI awareness and AI solution initiatives
- 3+ years of experience designing AI governance operating models
- 3+ years of experience applying AI governance frameworks, controls, or processes
- Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Preferred: Bilingual
- Preferred: Experience with large language models, retrieval augmented generation, or agent based artificial intelligence solutions
- Preferred: Experience with machine learning operations, model deployment, and model monitoring tools
- Preferred: Experience delivering technology solutions in professional services or consulting environments
- Preferred: Aerospatiale sector experience preferred
