Responsibilities

- Manage key client relationships, guide project delivery, and ensure high standards of technical quality and customer satisfaction
- Lead cross functional teams, make decisions on resource allocation, and identify new market opportunities and partnerships
- Handle financial planning, operational oversight, and support branding and business development initiatives
Requirements
- Strong leadership and organizational management skills, with experience guiding cross functional teams and setting long term strategic direction
- Proven background in technology services, software product development, or AI driven solutions
- Business development and client relationship management skills, including experience in building partnerships, negotiating contracts, and maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a problem solving approach, comfort with ambiguity, and a focus on innovation
- Previous experience in a founder, owner, director, or senior leadership role within a technology or consulting organization is highly beneficial
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience

Role Description
- The Owner role at Digiqt Technolabs is a full time, on site position based in South Mumbai.
- The Owner will oversee overall business strategy, define the company's vision, and drive growth across AI, product development, and engineering services.
- Daily responsibilities include managing key client relationships, guiding project delivery, and ensuring high standards of technical quality and customer satisfaction.
- The role involves leading cross functional teams, making decisions on resource allocation, and identifying new market opportunities and partnerships.
- The Owner will also handle financial planning, operational oversight, and support branding and business development initiatives to strengthen the company's presence in the technology services ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and organizational management skills, with experience guiding cross functional teams and setting long term strategic direction.
- Proven background in technology services, software product development, or AI driven solutions, with the ability to engage in technical discussions and make informed decisions.
- Business development and client relationship management skills, including experience in building partnerships, negotiating contracts, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
