- Lead product ownership activities within Agile/Scrum framework
Requirements
- 10 15 years of experience with 5+ years in AI/GenAI
- Product Owner/Product Manager experience with Agile/Scrum
- Experience with AI/GenAI, Conversational AI, Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Experience with Contact Center AI (CCaaS), IVR, CRM, Chatbots, Agent Assist
- Mandatory experience with Google Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX)
- Customer Service Automation experience
- Technical understanding of Python and JavaScript
- Experience with Product Roadmap, User Stories, Backlog Management
- Cross functional collaboration with Engineering teams
