We are building a workforce of autonomous agents that can think, use tools, and execute complex workflows.
We need an AI Product Manager who doesn't just write specs, but "vibes" with the tech—someone who uses AI to build AI.
You will lead the transition from traditional software to agentic architectures, where the product isn't just a tool, but an intelligent partner.
If you spend your weekends in Cursor or Windsurf building LLM-powered side projects, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.
1. Agentic Strategy & Logic
- Design Autonomous Workflows: Define how agents plan, use tools (Function Calling), and handle multi-step reasoning.
- Prompt Engineering & Orchestration: Lead the design of system prompts and agentic "personalities" that align with the cultural nuances of the Saudi market.
- From Prediction to Action: Shift product focus from "Forecasting" to "Executing"—building agents that can interact with APIs, databases, and third-party services autonomously.
2. Vibe Coding & Rapid Prototyping
- AI-Native Development: Leverage AI-augmented coding tools to build functional MVPs in days, not months.
- Iterative "Vibe" Checks: Test and refine model outputs based on "feel," alignment, and user resonance, moving faster than traditional QA cycles allow.
- Technical Bridge: Act as the translator between high-level business goals and the technical constraints of context windows, token costs, and latency.
3. The Agentic Stack
- Memory & Context: Oversee RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) strategies to ensure agents have the right "knowledge" at the right time.
- Evaluations (Evals): Build frameworks to measure agent success—not just accuracy, but task completion rates and "hallucination" management.
- Human-in-the-Loop: Design the interfaces where humans supervise, correct, and hand off tasks to AI agents.
Requirements & Dna
- **Mindset:**
- 2–5 years in Product Management, but with a deep portfolio of AI-native projects or "vibe coded" prototypes.
- **The Stack:**
- Familiarity with LLM frameworks (such as LangChain, CrewAI, or PydanticAI) and vector databases.
- **Agentic Intuition:**
- You understand why an agent fails and how to fix its reasoning loop via prompting, tool-tweaking, or RAG adjustment.
- **Builder Culture:**
- You prefer a "Ship to Learn" approach over a "Plan to Perfection" philosophy.
- **Market Fluency:**
- A deep understanding of the local landscape and how to build AI that resonates with users in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
