The company began with car insurance and is expanding into home, motorcycle, RV, and boat products.
Technical Challenge
The AI and Automation team automates insurance quoting and orchestrates multi-step transactions with external insurance provider systems.
The next-generation AI system will support document validation, stateful phone interactions, and direct navigation of external systems.
What You'll Own
- Own the AI agents and automation system across conversational interfaces and backend workflow automation.
- Shape the architecture for chatbots, voicebots, and computer-use agents as the platform scales.
- Build automations for document validation, record disputes, and transaction orchestration with carrier systems.
- Evaluate emerging AI technology and decide what to build and deploy next.
- Partner with OpenAI on next-generation voice models and workflow automation.
Who You Are
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience, ideally with end-to-end ownership at an early-stage startup.
