- Evaluate AI opportunities based on business value, feasibility, scalability, and impact
- Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams
- Support AI adoption initiatives by creating awareness, enablement plans, and change management strategies
- Define success metrics and KPIs for AI product initiatives
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Support governance, prioritization, and lifecycle management of AI solutions
- Identify industry trends and emerging AI capabilities to recommend strategic opportunities

- 9–12+ years of experience in AI product management, digital transformation, business strategy, technology consulting, or related roles

- Proven experience managing stakeholder engagement across business, technology, and executive teams.
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to technical and non technical audiences.
- Experience driving AI adoption across organizations.
- Ability to develop adoption frameworks, training strategies, and business enablement plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 9–12+ years of experience in AI product management, digital transformation, business strategy, technology consulting, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and enterprise AI adoption challenges.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage cross functional initiatives and deliver business outcomes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI powered products.
- Exposure to cloud AI platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI services.
- Experience in enterprise transformation programs and innovation initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI practices, and risk management.
- Experience working in Agile product development environments.
