- Develop client facing collateral, training materials and internal documentation using AI enabled tools

Requirements
- 2 5 years experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Commercial Analytics, Business Intelligence or similar
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience creating executive level presentations
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude or similar platforms

About the Role
- The AI Product & Analytics Analyst will support the development and enhancement of client analytics and commercial insight solutions across the business.
- The role will analyse client performance data, leveraging AI powered tools to generate actionable insights, support commercial initiatives, and strengthen client acquisition, engagement and retention strategies.
- This role will also support the development of strategic materials, executive presentations, and client facing collateral through the effective use of AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements for client analytics and reporting solutions.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories and process flows, working with relevant stakeholders, including technology.
- Manage the design and development of client analytics products, dashboards and reporting capabilities.
- Analyse client performance data to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
- Generate actionable insights to support revenue growth and client retention strategies.
- Develop client facing collateral, training materials and internal documentation using AI enabled tools.
- Support the Head of Strategy and Program Office to translate complex information into clear and visually engaging presentations and reports including executive presentations, board materials, business cases and strategic proposals.
- Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Operations, Technology and Executive teams.
Requirements
- 2–5 years' experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Commercial Analytics, Business Intelligence or similar roles.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience creating executive level presentations and business materials.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude or similar platforms.
- Financial Services, FinTech, Wealth Management or Capital Markets experience desirable.
- SQL and data analysis experience desirable.
