Role Overview
Build and harden an AI-driven software development lifecycle platform built on Kiro IDE.
Develop the platform that makes requirements, architecture, coding, testing, and deployment workflows AI-native.
The platform uses autonomous agents, MCP integrations, steering files, and event-driven hooks.
Platform Responsibilities
- Design AI agents that orchestrate multi-step SDLC workflows from fetching and generation through execution, validation, and synchronization.
- Build RAG pipelines that ground LLM code generation in architecture documents, coding standards, and Rally artifacts.
- Implement MCP servers and integrations with Rally, Playwright, Git, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
- Author governance and lifecycle steering files that constrain agent behavior with formal rules.
- Build self-healing and auto-remediation systems with bounded autonomy and human escalation.
- Design artifact lifecycle state machines and event-driven hooks for CI/CD, nightly runs, and release gating.
- Implement property-based testing and deploy agent infrastructure with Docker, pipelines, and credential management.
Technical Skills
- Core development uses TypeScript or Node.js.
