AI Platform & Computer Vision Engineer

• Maintain clear technical documentation for AI models, workflows and architectures.
• Support best practices for model development, testing, deployment and lifecycle management.
• Ensure AI development follows relevant data governance, content security and compliance requirements.
• Help build AI knowledge and technical capability within the Pune team.

• Work with technical, creative, content, quality and commercial teams.
• Translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.
• Explain AI concepts and technical recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work with external AI partners and technology suppliers.
• Support knowledge sharing across teams.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Physics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Computer Vision, Machine Learning or Applied AI.
• Hands-on experience developing, training, testing and/or deploying AI/ML models.
• Experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow or similar AI/ML frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Computer Vision, image processing and/or deep learning.
• Experience with orchestrated Agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems.
• Understanding of model training, evaluation and optimization.
• Knowledge of AI lifecycle management or MLOps.

Good to Have :

• Experience with cloud, compute or high-performance AI environments.
• Experience with agent-based systems, automation tools and AI workflow orchestration.
