Info Services seeks an AI-Native Software Engineer for an onsite role in Abu Dhabi. Must be strong in RAG, LLM, Agentic AI, and Python. The role involves building AI-native applications using modern tooling and cloud deployment.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement RAG systems including vector store selection and retrieval quality evaluation
- Develop LLM based applications with context management and prompt engineering
- Build agentic AI systems using LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalent frameworks
- Write production grade Python code
- Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Design and implement RESTful APIs with enterprise identity/auth integration
- Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
Requirements
- Strong in RAG – vector store selection, embedding strategies, hybrid search, retrieval quality evaluation
- Strong in LLM – context management, prompt engineering, system instructions
- Strong in Agentic AI – LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalent
- Python – strong mastery of computer science fundamentals
- AI native tooling – Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Aider, Codex CLI
- Cloud native deployment (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- RESTful API design and enterprise identity/auth integration
- Testing & CI/CD – automated test suites, adversarial and edge case coverage
