We are looking for an Engineering Manager who leads differently — someone who has already internalized that AI changes how software is built, not just what gets built.

This role is for a hands-on leader who drives engineering teams to default to AI-first thinking: in how they code, test, review, and ship.

You will manage and grow a high-performing engineering team building enterprise-grade platforms on Java,.NET, and Azure, and you will be the person who raises the AI fluency floor of the entire team.

Set the AI-native engineering standard — AI-assisted development, intelligent test generation, automated code review, and agentic workflows are default practice, not experiments.
