Role Overview
- We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a AI Model Assessment Specialist to work on a contractor basis. This individual will apply their expertise to help train next generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high quality, real world input.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and critique the performance and accuracy of AI generated content across various domains, providing detailed and constructive feedback to inform AI model improvements and refinements.
- Analyze complex datasets and assess model outputs for clarity, factual correctness, and alignment with project goals, identifying patterns, anomalies, and subtle nuances in AI generated responses.
- Deliver high quality, real world input to inform AI model training and refinement, ensuring that models learn and perform effectively in real world scenarios.
- Collaborate with other experts to create high quality training data, evaluations, and feedback loops that improve how AI models perform.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI and adapt to new technologies and methodologies as they emerge.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex data and identify patterns and anomalies.
- Excellent reading comprehension and written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise feedback.
- Experience with digital collaboration tools and a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills, with the ability to ensure that all work is accurate and meets high standards.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Compensation
- $22 $70 per hour
