US Mobile is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to develop, optimize, and scale machine learning models for next-generation user experiences. The role involves designing conversational multi-agent LLM solutions, multi-modal integration, and building scalable data pipelines.

Responsibilities
- Design and deploy conversational multi agent LLM solutions
- Explore multi modal and multi model integration for enriched user interactions
- Work with cross functional teams to design data pipelines for real time or near real time data
- Implement best practices around model lifecycle management (versioning, containerization, deployment orchestration)
- Ensure the chat system can handle thousands to millions of concurrent interactions with low latency and high availability
- Monitor performance, define metrics (latency, user success rate, fallback rate), and iteratively improve
- Remain current on the evolving AI/ML landscape and propose new ways to extend AI across the platform
Requirements
- 3+ years hands on experience building and deploying machine learning solutions at scale
- Solid understanding of NLP techniques including transformer models and embeddings
- Experience with vector search solutions (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, or Elasticsearch with vector plugins)
- Proficient in Python or similar language for data pipelines and model development
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS strongly preferred), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices
- Up to date on AI/ML trends, especially in multi agent systems, generative modeling, or multi modal approaches
- Comfortable presenting complex ML concepts to non technical stakeholders

Key Responsibilities
- Design & Deploy Conversational / Multi Agent LLM Solutions: Craft multi agent conversational flows for a wide range of user requests.
- Multi Modal & Multi Model Integration: Explore different input/output formats (text, voice, image) to enrich user interactions.
- Platform & Pipeline Building: Work with cross functional teams to design data pipelines feeding models real time or near real time data.
- Optimization & Scale: Ensure the chat system can handle thousands to millions of concurrent interactions with low latency and high availability.
- Ongoing Innovation & Experimentation: Remain current on AI/ML landscape and propose new ways to extend AI across the platform.
Qualifications
- 3+ years hands on experience building and deploying machine learning solutions at scale.
- Solid understanding of NLP techniques including transformer models and embeddings, with hands on experience using Hugging Face, AWS Bedrock, and OpenAI API.
- Experience with vector search solutions (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, or Elasticsearch with vector plugins).
- Experienced in building or deploying large language models and related tooling in the AWS Bedrock ecosystem.
- Familiarity with multi agent LLM frameworks or orchestrations.
- Proficient in Python or similar language for data pipelines and model development.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS strongly preferred), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices.
- Up to date on AI/ML trends, especially in multi agent systems, generative modeling, or multi modal approaches.
- Skilled at diagnosing bottlenecks, scaling solutions, and balancing innovation against real world constraints.
- Comfortable presenting complex ML concepts to non technical stakeholders.
- Passion for iterative development and ability to pivot based on user feedback and product metrics.
