Job summary
AI/ML Engineer role requiring 5+ years of hands-on experience.
The role focuses on designing, developing, deploying, and operating scalable AI and machine learning solutions.

Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning and AI models for business applications.
- Develop end-to-end ML pipelines covering preprocessing, feature engineering, development, evaluation, and deployment.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns and develop data-driven solutions.
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Integrate ML models into applications through APIs and microservices.
- Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor production model performance and implement continuous improvements.
- Build and maintain scalable ML solutions using cloud infrastructure.
- Implement MLOps, model versioning, CI/CD, and model monitoring.
- Research emerging AI/ML technologies and identify practical applications.
- Maintain technical documentation for models, pipelines, experiments, and deployments.
