Role Overview
Design and develop state-of-the-art artificial intelligence solutions for medical applications.
Enhance NLP technologies and extend them into cloud-based applications.
Translate research code into clinical NLP solutions deployed at production scale.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end training and fine-tuning for open-source and closed-source large language models.
- Architect GraphRAG pipelines using knowledge graphs and retrieval for contextual grounding.
- Design and optimize semantic and dense vector embeddings for document understanding, search, and retrieval.
- Develop semantic retrieval systems with document segmentation and indexing strategies.
- Build distributed multi-GPU and multi-node training environments using NCCL and InfiniBand.
- Apply reinforcement learning methods to align model behavior with human preferences and domain goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI-driven solutions in production.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, machine learning, or a related field, or equivalent certification.
- At least 5 years of applied AI/ML experience with statistics and production-grade model delivery.
