Welspun is hiring an experienced AI/ML and Emerging Technologies Trainer for Learning and Development.

The role designs and delivers end-to-end AI skilling programs for business and technical teams.

The position is a hands-on individual contributor role based in Hyderabad.

Conduct Training Needs Identification and Training Needs Analysis across BPS and IT/Tech teams.
Develop AI and technology capability-building programs focused on applied AI, automation, and productivity tools.
Design advanced technical AI/ML training covering AI for developers, agents, and RAG-based solutions.
Create and deliver programs supporting digital transformation and AI adoption at scale.
Deliver training on AI, ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG models, LLMs, and emerging technologies.
Manage external training partners for topics outside direct expertise.
Operate a Learning Shared Service model across Welspun Group business units.
Track and report learning outcomes, adoption rates, and business impact to leadership.

The role requires 8–12 years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor's or postgraduate education is listed, with specializations including computer science, information technology, and business management.
