About the Role
Staq.io is looking for a data-driven AI-native Marketing Lead to own and execute B2B marketing strategy for a Banking-as-a-Service platform. You will plan multi-channel campaigns, leverage AI tools, and create content for fintech and enterprise audiences.

Responsibilities
- Own and execute Staq's end to end marketing strategy with a focus on B2B enterprise and fintech audiences
- Plan and launch multi channel campaigns to drive awareness and qualified lead generation
- Leverage AI tools to create, optimise and scale marketing efforts
- Manage and grow Staq's digital presence including website, social media and content platforms
- Collaborate closely with all teams to align marketing with business objectives
- Develop messaging and positioning that resonates with financial institutions, fintechs and enterprise clients
- Own content creation across formats (technical blogs, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, decks, email campaigns)
- Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimise based on data
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience in B2B marketing
- Strong hands on experience across digital marketing, content and campaign execution in fintech or enterprise SaaS
- Understanding of BaaS, embedded finance, payments or financial infrastructure
- Proficiency in AI powered marketing tools (non negotiable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Familiarity with performance marketing tools and CRM platforms
- Experience building or scaling marketing functions in early stage fintechs or enterprise SaaS startups
- Basic design or creative skills (e.g. Figma, Canva)
