About Staq

  • Staq is a leading Banking as a Service (BaaS) and embedded finance platform

The Role

  • We are looking for a highly data driven and AI native Marketing Lead to own and execute Staq's marketing strategy

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Staq's end to end marketing strategy with a focus on B2B enterprise and fintech audiences
  • Plan and launch multi channel campaigns (digital, content, social, events) to drive awareness and qualified lead generation
  • Leverage AI tools to create, optimise and scale marketing efforts
  • Manage and grow Staq's digital presence, including website, social media and content platforms
  • Collaborate closely with all teams to align marketing with business objectives and enterprise sales processes
  • Develop messaging and positioning that resonates with financial institutions, fintechs and enterprise clients
  • Own content creation across formats (technical blogs, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, decks, email campaigns)
  • Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimise based on data and insights
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives

Requirements

  • 3 5 years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Strong hands on experience across digital marketing, content and campaign execution in the fintech or enterprise SaaS space
  • Understanding of BaaS, embedded finance, payments or financial infrastructure
  • Proficiency in AI powered marketing tools non negotiable
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, startup environment with a high degree of ownership
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to Have

  • Direct experience in fintech, Banking as a Service, embedded finance, or payments platforms
  • Familiarity with performance marketing tools and CRM platforms
  • Experience building or scaling marketing functions in early stage fintechs or enterprise SaaS startups
  • Basic design or creative skills (e.g. Figma, Canva)
