Responsibilities
- Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning and AI models for real world applications
- Build and optimize data pipelines to support model training, validation, and inference
- Collect, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
- Develop predictive models, recommendation systems, classification models, and NLP solutions
- Integrate AI models into web applications, cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise systems
- Monitor model performance, accuracy, and reliability while continuously improving effectiveness
- Conduct feature engineering, model evaluation, hyperparameter tuning, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders
- Implement MLOps practices for model deployment, versioning, monitoring, and lifecycle management
- Ensure AI systems follow security, privacy, governance, and ethical AI principles
- Document model architectures, technical processes, and deployment procedures
- Research emerging AI technologies, machine learning frameworks, and industry best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, statistics, and data modeling
- Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, or similar languages
- Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit learn, Keras, or equivalent
- Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization
- Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL databases, and large scale data processing
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI related cloud services
- Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model deployment, and version control (Git)
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is beneficial
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross functional teams

Role Description

- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, reinforcement learning, or generative AI concepts is an advantage.
- Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL databases, and large scale data processing concepts.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AI related cloud services.
- Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model deployment, and version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
