AI Learning Services Specialist (LSS) - Learning and Development (18-month contract)

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate virtual, in-person, and hybrid AI learning programs from end to end.
• Manage learning logistics, communications, registrations, tracking, evaluations, and administration.
• Support strategic AI learning initiatives and capability-building campaigns.
• Act as a point of contact for learners, stakeholders, facilitators, and vendors.
• Build and maintain LMS courses, learning pathways, SharePoint sites, registration platforms, resource hubs, presentations, and job aids.
• Use AI-powered tools to improve productivity, streamline processes, and enhance learner engagement.
• Track participation, adoption, completion, and feedback data and provide continuous improvement recommendations.
• Manage invoices, vendors, reporting, continuing education compliance, privacy requirements, bilingual obligations, and internal governance.
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities and contribute to experimentation and innovation.

Skills and Attributes

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and learner experience best practices.
• Experience supporting learning program, curriculum, and capability-building design, delivery, and improvement.
• Strong organization, project coordination, execution, communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, work independently, and take ownership of deliverables.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with the ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to create polished learning materials, communications, job aids, and presentations.
• Proficiency with AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar technologies.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in learning and development, learning operations, talent development, program management, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating and delivering virtual and in-person learning programs.
• Experience with learning management systems, preferably SuccessFactors.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, and other digital collaboration tools.
• Experience managing learning data, reporting, and administrative processes.
