The Opportunity

The AI Learning Services Specialist will help deliver EY Canada's AI learning strategy through program delivery, learner support, and operational excellence.

The role coordinates learning experiences that help employees build practical AI capabilities and adopt emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end AI learning programs across virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats.
  • Manage learning logistics, communications, registrations, tracking, evaluations, and administration.
  • Support strategic AI learning initiatives and firmwide capability-building campaigns.
  • Act as a contact for learners, stakeholders, facilitators, and vendors.
  • Maintain LMS courses, learning pathways, SharePoint sites, registration platforms, resource hubs, presentations, and job aids.
  • Use AI-powered tools to improve productivity and learner engagement.
  • Analyze participation, adoption, completion, and feedback data for continuous improvement.
  • Manage invoices, vendors, reporting, compliance, privacy, bilingual obligations, and governance processes.
  • Identify process improvements through automation and innovation.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in learning and development, learning operations, talent development, program management, or a related field.
  • Experience coordinating and delivering virtual and in-person learning programs.
  • Experience with learning management systems, preferably SuccessFactors.
  • Strong Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Experience with Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Experience managing learning data, reporting, administrative processes, vendors, subject matter experts, and program logistics.
  • Knowledge of continuing education, compliance, or regulated learning environments is an asset.
  • English and French bilingualism is an asset.

  • Ability to create polished learning materials, communications, job aids, and presentations.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders across service lines and organizational levels.
  • Proficiency with AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar technologies.

Compensation

  • Published annual salary ranges include CAD 68,400 to CAD 102,600 for Toronto, London, Ottawa, and Waterloo; CAD 68,400 to CAD 102,600 for Vancouver and Victoria; and CAD 61,600 to CAD 92,400 for Dieppe.
