AI Learning Services Specialist (LSS) - Learning and Development (18-month contract)

The Opportunity

Contract Details

• This is an 18-month contract role.
• Learning programs may be delivered virtually, in person, or in hybrid formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of AI learning programs and manage associated logistics, communications, registrations, tracking, and evaluations.
• Support strategic AI learning initiatives and capability-building campaigns.
• Serve as a trusted contact for learners, stakeholders, facilitators, and vendors.
• Build and maintain LMS courses, learning pathways, SharePoint sites, registration platforms, resource hubs, presentations, and job aids.
• Use AI-powered tools to improve productivity, streamline processes, and enhance learner engagement.
• Track participation, adoption, completion, and feedback data and recommend continuous improvements.
• Manage invoices, vendor coordination, reporting, and program administration.
• Ensure compliance with continuing education, privacy, bilingual, and internal governance requirements.
• Identify process improvements through automation and contribute to experimentation and innovation.

• Proficiency with AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar technologies.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in learning and development, learning operations, talent development, program management, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating and delivering virtual and in-person learning programs.
• Experience with learning management systems, preferably SuccessFactors.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, and digital collaboration tools.
• Experience managing learning data, reporting, administrative processes, vendors, and program logistics.
• Knowledge of continuing education, compliance, or regulated learning environments is an asset.
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.

Compensation

• EY offers a competitive compensation package based on performance and the value brought to the business.
• Published salary ranges vary by Canadian location and are CAD 61,600 to CAD 102,600.
