Role Purpose
The AI Learning Manager is responsible for the operational delivery and execution of AI learning and enablement activities across Kroll.

Core Responsibilities
Learning deployment and delivery Coordinate and deliver AI learning activities across service lines and corporate functions, including launches, cohorts, workshops, office hours, reinforcement activity, and learning communications.
Training facilitation and learner support Facilitate practical sessions and provide day-to-day learner support so employees can apply approved AI tools and workflows confidently and responsibly.
