The opportunity
Lead EY Canada's AI learning strategy as a strategic advisor and learning capability leader.
Drive enterprise-wide AI skill development, workforce transformation, and measurable AI adoption.
Work with learning, technology, talent, service line, and leadership teams in a rapidly changing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define capability priorities with senior business, learning, and technology leaders.
- Develop and execute an enterprise AI learning roadmap.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI learning programs and experiences.
- Translate AI priorities into scalable solutions that drive behaviour change and business impact.
- Curate learning resources, programs, platforms, certifications, and thought leadership content.
- Oversee strategic AI learning initiatives, outcomes, budgets, vendors, and governance.
- Monitor adoption, learner engagement, and business feedback to improve strategies.
- Develop engagement and reinforcement plans with communications and leadership teams.
