Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with business leaders as the AI partner
- Identify and shape AI, data and automation opportunities
- Translate business needs into impactful, scalable solutions
- Represent the business in cross functional AI delivery squads
- Drive adoption of AI solutions and embed new ways of working
Requirements
- Proven experience in business partnering, consulting or advisory roles involving technology, data or transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships across business and technical teams
- Practical experience identifying and shaping technology, data or AI opportunities into defined initiatives or business cases
- Hands on experience working within agile, squad based or cross functional delivery environments
- Strong commercial acumen, with evidence of translating initiatives into measurable business outcomes (e.g. revenue, efficiency, adoption)
