The Opportunity

  • The role of AI Implementation & Integration Manager is a hands on leadership position.
  • You will work with executives and operators to translate operational problems into AI solutions.
  • You will build and oversee AI agents, workflows, and staff training.

Implementation & Rollout

  • Lead deployment of Claude and other approved AI tools across operating companies.
  • Setup identity and access configuration, connector enablement, and spend governance.
  • Define rollout phases, success metrics, and adoption targets.
  • Coordinate with internal IT and external vendors.

AI Agent & Workflow Development

  • Design, build, and maintain AI agents and automated workflows.
  • Integrate AI tooling with existing business systems and data sources.
  • Test, monitor and iterate on agents in production.
  • Maintain documentation for agents and workflows.

Training & Enablement

  • Develop and deliver training for staff at all levels on effective and responsible AI use.
  • Create reference materials, prompt libraries, and internal guides.
  • Serve as internal point of contact for AI questions and best practices.
  • Build a culture of practical, safe AI adoption.

Governance, Policy & Compliance

  • Draft, maintain, and update AI governance and acceptable use policies.
  • Monitor AI usage for compliance with internal policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish controls around data retention, access, and auditability.
  • Define and enforce guardrails on approved tools and use cases.
  • Stay current on AI regulatory landscape.

What you bring...

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data, Engineering or related field.
  • 5 8 years in leading technology implementation, digital transformation, or automation in construction, real estate, or property management.
  • Hands on experience building AI agents and workflows using LLM based platforms like Claude.
  • Experience developing or enforcing technology governance and data handling policies.
  • Experience developing and delivering training for staff.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
  • Deep understanding of current AI landscape and workplace tools.

Specialized skills, knowledge or certifications

  • Ability to lead technology or AI initiatives end to end in complex, multi entity environments.
  • Experience with technology cost management including estimating, budgeting, and usage governance.
  • Understanding of AI governance, data privacy, security, and data residency considerations.
  • Hands on skills with APIs, connectors, prompt engineering; scripting or development ability (Python, JavaScript) is an asset.
  • Ability to identify improvement opportunities and translate operational problems into solutions.
  • Awareness of leading AI platforms and workplace tooling.
  • Risk management skills and experience.
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project management skills and experience.
  • Knowledge of process design and improvement.
  • Experience with change management.
