About the Role
Deveraux Group of Companies is seeking an AI Implementation & Integration Manager to lead the adoption and implementation of AI tools across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment of Claude and other approved AI tools across Deveraux's operating companies from pilot through organization wide adoption
- Setup identity and access configuration (SSO, provisioning), connector enablement, and spend governance
- Define rollout phases, success metrics, and adoption targets, and report progress to executive stakeholders
- Design, build, and maintain AI agents and automated workflows that solve concrete operational problems
- Integrate AI tooling with existing business systems and data sources
- Test, monitor and iterate on agents in production, managing reliability, accuracy, and cost
- Develop and deliver training for staff at all levels on effective and responsible AI use
- Draft, maintain, and update AI governance and acceptable use policies
- Monitor AI usage across the organization for compliance with internal policy and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 8 years in leading technology implementation, digital transformation, automation, or solutions engineering in construction, real estate, or property management (preferred)
- Demonstrated hands on experience building AI agents, automation, workflow integrations using LLM based platforms such as Claude
- Experience developing or enforcing technology governance, acceptable use, data handling policies
- Experience developing and delivering training to staff through measurable adoption
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
- Deep understanding of current AI landscape and workplace tools (e.g., Claude, Microsoft Copilot)
