Deploy generative AI technologies and infrastructure to solve high-stakes problems for influential companies.
Build practical, custom software in fast-moving, high-impact environments as part of small teams.
Rapidly prototype and deliver scalable AI solutions, including LLM workflows and agentic systems.
Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to address enterprise needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand strategic objectives, technical requirements, and operational constraints.
- Design, prototype, and deploy AI-powered proofs of concept using generative models such as GPT and DALL-E.
- Build end-to-end pipelines for scalable, secure, and performant AI deployment on client infrastructure.
- Use experiment-driven methods to test hypotheses and refine prototypes with client teams.
- Work with Sales, Applied Research, Product Development, and Customer Success on project execution.
- Document client-project best practices and lessons learned in internal knowledge bases.
- Mentor junior engineers on applying generative and agentic AI technologies in real-world scenarios.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Python or JavaScript, with experience in TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI models, agentic systems, or reinforcement learning frameworks.
- Familiarity with production deployment of machine learning models using AWS, Azure, or on-premise systems.
Required Skills
- Translate abstract business challenges into concrete technical solutions using generative AI.
- Evaluate model performance and optimize solutions for specific use cases.
- Explain complex AI concepts to diverse stakeholders through exceptional communication.
- Build trust-based client relationships and collaborate through ambiguous problem domains.
- Work across healthcare, finance, defense, retail, or other industries while tailoring solutions to each domain.
- Travel or work on-site with clients as required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in client-facing roles and managing stakeholder expectations.
